Corrections

This is the most useful thing you can email about. Hosting prices, features and ownership change constantly, and if something here is wrong we want to fix it rather than defend it. Please include the page, what is wrong, and ideally a link to the correct information. Corrections are made without argument and without requiring anything in return.

If you are a hosting provider

You are welcome to get in touch about a factual error, a changed product, or a listing that is missing. Please note:

• Listings cannot be bought, and neither can ratings, placement or removal. There is no advertising package and no sponsored post.
• We do not accept guest posts or link insertions, paid or otherwise.
• We will correct anything factually wrong promptly. We will not remove an unfavourable opinion that is fairly held and clearly labelled as opinion.
• If you believe something is defamatory rather than merely unflattering, say so specifically and we will look at it seriously.

Privacy and data requests

Use the same address for any request under UK GDPR — access, correction, erasure, or withdrawal of consent. See the privacy policy for what we hold, which is very little.

What we cannot help with

We are not a hosting company and have no access to anyone's account. If your website is down, your email has stopped or you need a password reset, your host's support desk is the only place that can help. We cannot intervene on your behalf or escalate a ticket.
